Section 86G
Can be taken to Farfarakh
Section 86C on any troubled commercial bank or financial institution. When taking action as per Section 86E. When adopting the corrective measures or section 86f. If the bank is convinced that such commercial bank or financial institution is unable to fulfill its obligations or cannot operate properly even after taking the remedial action, the bank shall notify such commercial bank or financial institution in accordance with paragraph-9A. It can decide to proceed to the process of modification.
